We view the trust extended to us by our customers as a sacred honor. While we cannot promise nor guarantee outcomes of any kind, we are committed to diligent service and the summoning of all our cumulative resources fully committed and focused towards the success of each and every customer of the firm. It is our goal to assist and counsel our customers so they may achieve more fulfilling, prosperous lives for themselves and their families over the long term.

Media

Our mission is to share our insight with the world, to influence positive economic and social change. We support critical and open dialogue but not platforms that encourage argument for argument’s sake. We may not always agree with popular opinion. We shall seek to argue our points with respect, while respecting another’s right to disagree. We shall seek to promote the common good.

Business Partners

We believe in quality business relationships. We recognize the rights of our business partners to be profitable, but at the same time we will monitor their costs to maintain the best management of our resources. We believe in long-lasting relationships, where we also develop personal relationships with our business partners. We are responsive to our customers, we expect our business partners to be responsive to us. Our business partners must enhance the quality of our services and performance to our customers.

Community

Our mission in the community is to build relationships and expand our influence. We aim to promote sustainable environmental and social policies. We shall be charitable where possible, recognizing that many do better getting a hand up than a hand out.

World

Our influence is increasingly global. We recognize that with this power comes some responsibility. We shall promote policies that serve the betterment of people but also the betterment of the world itself, including the life and body of the planet. We believe in individual property rights as this promotes responsibility. We encourage cooperation between and among the many nations of the world. We believe in economic progress and shared prosperity, though economic progress made through environmental sacrifice is no progress at all.

Competitors

We believe in fair and honest competition. Competition is the nature of life. We shall not disparage nor openly criticize our competitors. We shall seek where possible to make our business adversaries as allies and form alliances.

Employees

We believe in promoting from within. We recognize that employees are our business. We believe in rewarding productivity. We expect all employees to treat our customers and business partners with respect. We expect our employees to respect the privacy of our customers and provide strict confidentiality to their personal information. We shall be loyal to our employees and we expect the same. We believe that teamwork is all-important, and that collaboration can yield magic. We expect employees to be committed to a process of never-ending improvement and continuous industry education. We shall promote the welfare of our employees so they may better serve the welfare of our customers.
