Real Estate... "and the beat goes on"

Now, unless you have been living in a shoebox at the back of the closet, been in solitary for 15 years or a castaway on Gilligans Island!!!! You know very well that post bubble, assets can go down and down and down for a very long time and NEVER come up for air. Internets.... hey hows that Microsoft? 11 years after 2000 and still down.... Intel... same.... Texas Instruments... same.... o, how bout that Oil? post 146/ still aint rockin anywhere but trading like Thomas the train. So, it comes with regret when I hear a poor SOB, that doesnt know any better tell us he's gonna buy real estate ... All I can say or sing is "when will they learn o lord, when will they learn"

The answer my friend, is few learn untill the pain becomes great enough to affect change...

That real estate is gonna ring out all hope untill every one of those giddy buyers from 06' is out and all thats left is silence as noone is gonna care about that no mo -
